The holiday season is a magical time. A special time to celebrate with close friends and family, to celebrate the ending of a year well done, and to celebrate the birth of the year to come! This means PARTIES!!! Here at Lacey M. Carroll Photography based in Sacramento, California, we have you covered on some fun and easy Holiday Hairdos to help you look festive and fashionable!
We had a Holiday photoshoot in my Sacramento photo studio with some professional HMUA and my Team LMCP spokesmodels. We chose some timeless and elegant hairstyles as our base looks. We added sparkle and spice and everything nice to turn these classic hairdos into Holiday looks.
Our Holiday Hair philosophy as Lacey M. Carroll Photography is: the easier your hairdo is to create, the more time you’ll be able to spend enjoying the present moment! For example, create a low ponytail look by combing down your part and using big barrettes to clip into place. Claire’s has some fun ones available that you can order online or shop in store! Rhinestones usually fare better than glitter but if you’re looking to add glitter into your hair..forever then they work well too! These clips are a close match to the barrettes we used on Sydney, a local Sacramento high school Senior.
Winterizing your hair is not only about keeping it moisturized and staying hydrated in these winter months. It’s also about adding Snowflake clips into every hairstyle you wear. :) These are a close dupe to the snowflake clips we used in our Holiday Photoshoot at my Sacramento photo studio! Dotting pearls in your do can also be a way to make a big statement with little effort. Dominique, a Sacramento teen shows off how festive pearls can be!
