This package is recommend for Headshot clients, tweens, teens and those who are staying mostly indoors for their sessions.

1 Hair & 1 Makeup + Touchups On-Location Package

$300 (PAID DIRECTLY TO HMUA)

Opting for this package means you will get one beautiful hair & makeup package and the HMUA will come with us during our shoot to touch up your makeup and hair throughout the shoot! This is great to tame flyaways, make sure your makeup stays in place and you freshen up between each outfit change.
This is especially recommended during the warmer months or if you have many outfit changes!

3 Hair & 3 Makeup Editorial Package

$600 (PAID DIRECTLY TO HMUA)

Opting for this package means you are going FULL OUT! This is the editorial model package! You will have custom hair & makeup for 3 looks.
This is recommended for those of you purchasing the Portfolio Development Session or clients who want to have vastly different styles in their wardrobe.

Hair & Makeup FAQ’s

How do I pay for HMUA packages?

LMCP does not process payments for HMUA. Hair and Makeup Packages will not be charged on your LMCP invoice because our Hairstylists and Makeup Artists are their own business owners. You will pay for your HMUA on THE DAY OF YOUR PHOTOSHOOT, directly to the Hair & Makeup Artist. Depending on your assigned HMUA you may use Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Check or PayPal.

Can I hire my own HMUA?

LMCP works with a select few pre-vetted Hair & Makeup Artists to insure the absolute BEST results. I am extremely picky with my hair and makeup teams, and only work with the best Sacramento has to offer. After 10+ years of experience in this industry, I have found the most reliable, talented, hard-working artists who I have worked with over the years. Clients hiring outside HMUA in the past has resulted in artist no-shows, poor quality hair & makeup and other issues.

I have textured hair, does your stylist know how to work with curls?

If you have textured hair, please let me know so I can specifically assign Heather, my stylist who works with textured and naturally curly styles. Heather has been working with me for 7+ years and is very comfortable and experienced with all textures.

Can I choose with HMUA to work with?

LMCP often assigns HMUA due to availability, and specialty. Our HMUA members have demanding schedules in their salons, and working weddings. You may request and HMUA but it will limit your schedule offerings for your photoshoot.

I don’t normally wear makeup do I need HMUA.

All of the HMUA’s I work with have the skillset to create a no-makeup look, we want to enhance your features, not cover them. Getting pampered beforehand can greatly enhance your senior portrait experience. They are skilled in creating looks that truly let you shine and can help you feel more confident during the shoot.
