Ivan joined us on TeamLMCP this year for his junior year of high school. Another amazing human and model, Fía, told him about us and we are all so grateful that he joined us for so many team shoots. The best day was when we had him into our Sacramento photo studio for his Posh Teen Session.

Ivan is a kind, hard working, and self sufficient young man who loves his family and his culture very much. We worked together to create three styles and settings that really showcased all the wonderful sides of Ivan. This young man worked hard all summer and paid for his photoshoot himself. He is an incredible Sacramento Teen and we are SO proud to have him as part of the LMCP family!

For his photoshoot we went to downtown Sacramento, Gibson Ranch and ended at our photo studio in Sacramento near Rancho Cordova.

This guy really came alive and embodied his second look when we turned on some Bad Bunny. He was crushing it! We had Mai, one of our beloved hair and makeup artist join us for the photoshoot to give Ivan some seriously cool hairstyles. Read below to hear how Ivan’s day went. We are so happy that you love your Posh Teen Session images as much as we do. Be on the lookout for this guy! We see some modeling in his future!

1. What made you choose Lacey M Carroll as your photographer for your Posh Teen Session?

I chose Lacey M Carroll as my photographer because I heard and saw really good things about her from a friend and wanted to try getting some photos of myself to check it out too!

2. What did you envision your photoshoot would be like?

I envisioned my photoshoot to be in a way like free to me. As in, I wanted to be able to be creative about it and in a way express my feelings and thoughts. I also envisioned it being fun! And... it WAS! I'm so happy about how it went, it was how I envisioned it to be!

3. Which look turned out to be your favorite?

My favorite look would have to be... the third one. I really liked the lime green and light blue colors, the sunglasses, the overall outfit, and the location! I thought it looked really amazing. Although I also really love the other looks, it's hard to pick only one of them!

4. What was your favorite moment of the photoshoot?

I think my favorite moment was when we started playing Bad Bunny music in the studio to get me more into the vibe. I really enjoyed it and was so happy. It also helped me get way more comfortable!

5. Was there anything you'd do differently if you got to do the photoshoot again?

No, I don't think so. I really love the experience I had and I think it went perfect, other than maybe forgetting my sombrero for the first look but Lacey came to the rescue with the one she brought so it turned out great!

6. Anything you'd like to be included in the blog post about you and your experience?

I really loved my experience during this shoot and I love the photos that came from it! I'm so excited to keep working with Lacey!
