Senior Session Photoshoot with Summer B. | Sacramento Senior Portrait Photographer
Beautiful Summer traveled to Sacramento from the San Francisco Bay Area for her Senior Session photoshoot. Her session was chosen for a BTS video for my brand, so if she looks familiar, you may have seen her video on my front page already.
First off we went GLAM GLAM GLAM! I love this dress and it's been a client favorite for quite awhile. Pairing it with my rose gold glitter backdrop was PERFECTION! Hairstylist Heather Grabin did soft glam wave curls to pair with this look and Makeup Artist Looks By Rachelle paired it with a class red lip and soft golden eyeshadow.
Also Summer brought her prom dress along to her senior session. For that look we had to have some fun with confetti! As a result, this photo turned out so fun and beautiful.
The next outfit from the #LMCStyleCloset was inspired by Urban Outfitters, because I love their fun fresh vibe. This on-trend outfit paired with white converse and some cool shades and a braided top knot is magazine worthy! Furthermore, I love this colorful location in Midtown Sacramento adding some funk to the photos.
During this senior session photoshoot, we stopped at this location with cool industrial tones and foliage. Because it was on our way back to the car it was a quick and easy stop.
For our next #LMCStyleCloset outfit, Summer and I LOVED this floral romper on her. So we paired it with Betsey Johnson shades. How can you not love this classic floral look that will stand the test of time? Since it was nearly 100F degrees outside so we stopped at Temple Coffee for some iced tea and Summer got a chocolate and coconut donut... YUM! Luckily makeup artist Rachelle was nearby for a lipstick touchup!

Somehow we also snuck in a graduation gown photo in before our next location...
Because Summer is a cheerleader and we had to show off all of her accomplishments by using her letterman jacket. In order to highlight the jacket, we paired this with a plain white tee and jeans. This kept her and the jacket center stage! I seriously love her jacket!
We went from prep to punk with just a jacket and shoe switch. It wasn't too far from where we shot the letterman photos that there is this amazing cactus garden. Therefore we decided it would be the perfect spot for this leather jacket to be shown off.
At the end of our day, we wanted that beautiful golden light at sunset paired with palm trees and flowers. Check out those amazing burgundy shoes from Steve Madden I couldn't pass up for my #LMCStyleCloset. Videographer Everett Spier of Yuba Gold Films was with us to shoot the video all day and it was great. I couldn't show off this session without a behind-the-scenes of him. This day was an ABSOLUTE BLAST! I have another platinum shoot with a BTS video happening TODAY and blogging this session with Summer made me even more excited for what's to come! Can't wait to show the next one off!
