Now... onto the big day! Samantha and Tyler's wedding was in Campbell, Ca When my second shooter and I arrived, the weather was perfect! A nice reprieve from the Sacramento summer heat! Sam had read my getting ready guide and had all of her items on a table ready for us to stage. (This is why I love my brides!) We waited for floral to set up the beautiful decor for the handmade trellis in her Aunt & Uncle's backyard to hang her wedding dress. Isn't it gorgeous!As everyone was setting up, I headed back inside to get shots of Samantha getting ready while my second shooter headed over to where Tyler was prepping. With a big family... everyone was excited to help the couple! Since they were getting ready fairly close together, Samantha and Tyler opted to do a first look. If you have never seen one, I HIGHLY recommend them! I did one for my own wedding... it gives the bride and groom a chance to catch their breath before the vows. We also grabbed some groom and best man shots while we were there!When you have a maid of honor who is all about you on your day... it means she gets dressed last. That is precisely what April did. Our original plan was to take wedding party pictures in the park, but plans change! Don't worry... I get adorable photos of the besties later! Just before Samantha was about to walk down the aisle I snapped these shots...With a hug from grandma, it was time to say I do! You may now kiss the bride... It was official! Mr. & Mrs. Shelgren!  It was time to eat!After the family and bridal party portraits... it was time for the bride and groom portraits (my favorite part!) I convinced Samantha & Tyler to head to a local wildlife preserve just 8 minutes away from the venue. I had scouted it out earlier that day and knew it would make for THE PERFECT SPOT! Away from crowds and full of sunlight and nature... EEEK! Aren't they adorable! Told you I got photos of these two! MOH April came with us for the bride & groom shots! As we headed back, my second shooter grabbed this shot of the sign down the street and the beautiful bride in her ride. When we got back, it was time for speeches! And the night went on with first dances, money dances, cake cutting...                         It was time for the TOSSES!
