Some of you may know I had one of my most popular events late this Spring, Headshot Day! Nicole, who is Cooper’s mom, one of the Sacramento Teens who models for me, scheduled two headshot sessions. One for her and one for her colleague, Carly.

About Nicole
She’s a mom to two wonderful young men. Ryan (21) and Cooper (14). She is also a fur mama to her sweet girl, Bean. Her passion for Real Estate has kept her in the business for 19 years now! She is always available to answer any of your Real Estate questions and or needs. Please reach out! She would be happy and honored to help you!
Her purpose is to take your individual needs, desires, and concerns and collaborate them with her Real Estate knowledge to come up with the best plan to meet your needs and goals. Nicole’s goal is to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible, and of course to have fun in the process and ultimately turn you into a forever friend and client.

About Carly
She’s been in the Real Estate industry for 4+ years and has loved every single minute of it. So much so, she’s decided to take her career to the next level and officially get her Real Estate License to become an agent!
The last 3 years she’s worked with the Nicole Heffernan group. They have a really great relationship because both of these Sacramento based women have a passion for real estate and for encouraging and mentoring others to grow their skills.
Taking Carly’s Professional Headshots as she’s stepping into her new roles and career opportunities was such an honor.
