Jason + Lola Sneak Peek | Davis, Ca Engagement

Jason & Lola contacted me in the fall about their upcoming April wedding at Putah Creek Lodge located at their alma mater; UC Davis. They met while attending there, and what better way to be joined together officially than doing so in the place they met! When we thought about possible locations for their engagement session in January, it was an easy choice... The UC Davis Arboretum. Through intermittent rain showers and crazy gusts of wind these two were ALL SMILES.The Davis Arboretum is this magical strip of land that runs along the South edge of the UC Davis campus. It's filled with gardens and collections of California's native plants. It's definitely a place worth visiting!  Jason and Lola have a connection that is easy to photograph and Lola's smile in these photos makes me SO excited to photograph their upcoming wedding! Isn't she gorgeous!!!?Lola was super smart, she used her makeup trial for her wedding, on her engagement session. I always suggest this as a good option for professional hair and makeup services for your e-session. Needless to say, I am stoked to photograph these two next month for their wedding!
