Photographer Education: Why Client Reviews Matter

Why Reviews Matter?

The importance of customer reviews cannot be emphasized enough. As someone who has been in the game for over a decade, I've personally experienced how customer reviews can make or break your business. They not only offer feedback for improvement, but also play a significant role in enhancing your online presence and SEO rankings.

Customer reviews are like solid GOLD for your reputation. They establish trust and act as a signal to search engines like Google. Positive reviews indicate to search engines that your photography business is trustworthy and reputable. This in turn boosts your SEO rankings making it easier for potential clients to discover you online. Encouraging clients to leave reviews and responding to them professionally and engagingly enhances your online image but also increases the likelihood of your business appearing at the top of search results. So never underestimate the power of customer reviews; they are there to showcase the quality of your business!

How To Utilize Them Reviews:

As you're aware being a photographer entails more than just capturing photos; it's about cultivating a thriving business. Embrace customer feedback, and provide service. You can nurture a robust online presence through customer reviews. Then witness how your photography business soars to new heights.

Your customers testimonials have the power to be a game changer for your photography brand, serving as a marketing tool that can establish your brands reputation and make it stand out from the competition. Client reviews not only drive success in SEO rankings, they also serve as content for social media and your website! Sprinkle them around LIKE CONFETTI! How do you get reviews?

It’s simple! ASK! Most of your clients will absolutely send in a review. Especially if you set-up automated emails to send out the day after your session. Send it in with a sneak peek image for them to share on the review and socials!

You can also try a “Call for Action” social media post! Not sure what to write? I’ve created a template on Canva! But you’ll have to sign up for my email list to get it!
