Family Portrait Session - Benzinger Family
Family Portrait Sessions are so much fun but I don't have the time to do them as often as I would like. Although my focus is typically on High School Seniors & Commercial Fashion, I still take a handful of family portrait clients on every year. When my amazing photographer friend Missy reached out, I was stoked to head to their picturesque 185 acre ranch in the Bay Area outskirts to photograph her and her family. The Benzinger property, also known as Zinger Ranch, is the beginning of a big and beautiful family project. Missy has always wanted to start a rescue for animals and now she can. The Benzinger family rescues dogs, donkeys, goats and chickens. It was great being able to include the rescue animals in this family portrait session. Missy and her family have named the rescued animals after famous 70's characters like Mork and Mindy and Laverne and Shirley. In this family portrait session the beautiful ranch is a feature in all of the photos. Missy and her husband Steve have created trails and a campground on the property. The trails allow friends and family to enjoy the property and its incredible Bay Area views.Missy's kids also love their family ranch. As you can see from this family portrait session, the youngest kid Zack just loves their rescue chickens. He also has a blast playing outside and exploring the property. Also, oldest son Gabe loves being able to ride ATVs around their family ranch. With that much space the boys have so much to explore. It was such a pleasure working with the Benzinger Family on their beautiful property. You can follow along with their family adventures at Zinger Ranch on Instagram. If you are considering a family portrait session check out the packages I have available and get booked today!
