Adoring Dominique | TeamLMCP Teen Session
On a chilly December afternoon former Team LMCP member, Dominique —who we lovingly call Niq— came in for her Teen Couture Session! Part of being on Team LMCP is purchasing the top tier photoshoot. It comes with so many cool features! A fashion consult, where you can “shop” the LMC Style Closet , a chance to collaborate with your professional hair and makeup stylists on your looks, enjoy creative direction from Lacey M. Carroll, and live your best life the day of your photoshoot! Team LMCP are always first on the list of people contacted about special events, educational photography events, special photoshoots, and destination shoots.
Having Dominique and her mama Mandy as part of Team LMCP was such a gift! Loved having them around, always adding positivity and silliness to our photoshoots!
Niq’s favorite part of the process has become her fashion consults! She recently has gotten really into style and fashion and has expanded her hobbies and interests beyond just dance! Dominique is and always will be a dancer and has been ever since she was 2.
This first look in blue was so fun to shoot! When Niq showcased these couture Feminist shoes I almost fell off my feet! The images above are some of my favorites from the day! Make by- Sara Garcia one of our premiere LMCP artists! She’s an amazing makeup artist who has grown their business three fold in the last 10 years! So thankful to work alongside Sara when out schedules align! Hair was by- Korynn and let me tell you I LOVE KORYNN! She has a station at Evergreen Beauty and Wellness and we connected through another hair stylist whom I love and respect! These women know what they are doing!
They will be a part of making our new team of spokesmodels look their absolute best this upcoming season!

Just like we’re adaptable, Niq is too! She says three words to describe her are Adaptable, ambitious, and kind. “I believe I'm very adaptable because I can fit in with a group of people and I'm very quick to pick ideas up. I'm ambitious because I like to get things done and will do whatever it takes to complete a goal. I like to think I'm very kind to people and hope to make everyone comfortable in social situations.”
“Something interesting about me is the way I pursue my life. I work hard and have fun at the same time. When I was little, my cousins used to always say, “YOLO!” And I knew what it meant, “you only live once,” but recently I’ve thought about that a lot. l want to make this life one to remember, so I’m trying to make as many memories as possible. I want to leave my mark on this world, and I think that’s something special about me.” -Niq
My absolute favorite look from the day! Niq totally rocked this look! Adding the super chic round sunglasses turned the notch up full throttle! She looks so confident and happy. The posing Inspo here is great! The way she can showcase all the details of this look just makes my heart so happy! I was super excited to put these colors on my custom corner backdrop to really fit the mood of this look!

“I look up to my brother and my parents the most. My mom and dad are always there supporting me every step of the way. They truly may be the nicest people I know, and are always thinking about others people feelings. They think about how what they say could effect someone and choose their words wisely. Also, I look up to my brother for his determination. He is always striving to reach his goals and was even able to make varsity swim team as a freshman with only few years of swim experience. He is so hardworking and is always there to give a helping hand to anyone. Though, there is so many other people who I look up to that have helped make me the person I am today.” - Niq
