Shenelle | Personal Branding Session
I had the honor of photographing this wonderful human in late 2022. Shenelle Jackson is a dream client. We had some initial inquiry discussions pre-Covid and it has been two years in the making to get to our Personal Branding Session which you will see the incredible images from below! She chose to include 1 makeup look to her Session and the incredible Mai gave her a beautiful look to complete the photoshoot experience!

Read on about Shenelle’s experience during her Personal Branding Session!
1. What made you choose Lacey M Carroll as your photographer for your Personal Branding Session?
I wanted to work with someone who was able to catch my light. There are so many different types of branding photographers in the area, but my personality requires a particular type of person. They say light attracts light and Lacy definitely shines bright which flows into her work. I am overjoyed to have the ability to work with her... I will be back!!
2. What did you envision your photoshoot would be like?
I wanted something that was easy and made me feel good. It is not easy to take pictures of me due to shyness, but Lacy and her staff made me comfortable and helped build my confidence.
3. Which look turned out to be your favorite?
Now this was very hard. Now to pick one it would be the one with the copper background with the black dress and hands clasp, with eyes closed... pure joy and excellence of who I am as a person.
4. What was your favorite moment of the photoshoot?
The entire experience. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point. It was a full moment that was very easy.
5. Was there anything you'd do differently if you got to do the photoshoot again?
Booked my next section for next year's shoot. I also would have gotten more colors for clothing, but there is always next time.
6. Anything you'd like to be included in the blog post about you and your experience?
As a therapist it is a particular look that everyone is expected to have. I like to step outside of the box and Lacy captured that. I am forever grateful for this experience. Now my website is complete and I have wonderful headshots to provide to people.
We are so grateful for this experience too, Shenelle. <3
